Stratafy is the Strata Management arm of our property management business founded in 2017 by two founders who were driven by both technology and data to change the industry we know today.

The Stratafy Ecosystem was built all encompassing to connect all aspects of Strata together to create the right synergies in a cloud based system. We have taken the pain out of multiple systems that don’t talk and provide valuable insights and integrations seamlessly connect them all together. This in turn lets you focus on the end Owner/Tenant offering services to further enhance their experience from a data driven mobile first approach.

A passion for technology, our Founder Rick has the drive for innovation with over 15 years of experience, bringing technology and strategic vision to life. Execution is Rick’s strongest suit and he knows how to get things done. He has worked across commercial property heading up innovation for a number of property groups, telco’s, financial services and cloud based start-ups with a credible track record for delivering the best solutions and products time and time again. Rick is a seasoned entrepreneur with a previous startup in consumer facing engagement which was privately acquired in 2015 for its well built infrastructure and data linking capabilities.
